Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper (coarse)
    1/2 tsp. finely minced garlic
Preparation
    Combine and mix well.
    Shape in 2 rolls.
    Wrap in foil.
    Tie ends.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Don't remove foil; place in pan. Cover with water.
    Bring to boil and boil 1 hour.
    Punch holes in foil to drain over rack.
    Re-wrap and refrigerate.
