Toquitos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ground meat, prepared as for tacos
    corn tortillas
    oil
Preparation
    In a skillet, heat oil until warm.
    Place a tortilla in oil until soft (do not fry them until they are crisp).
    Shake off excess oil.
    Lay tortillas flat.
    Put a tablespoon of meat on tortilla; roll tightly.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Make as many as you want.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 until crunchy.
    Serve with salsa, sour cream or guacamole.
