Lo-Cal Chocolate-Nut Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener or 48 tablets, crushed
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. sifted cake flour
Preparation
    Melt the unsweetened chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sweetener, vanilla and the beaten eggs.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add sifted cake flour, salt and baking soda.
    Mix until blended.
    Stir in chopped walnuts.
    Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan.
    Level batter in pan.
    Bake in a slow 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cut into bars.
    Makes 32 brownies at 55 calories each.
