Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 sliced tart apples
    6 ribs celery, chopped
    3 sprigs parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken stock
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. tarragon or basil
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown the chicken in butter.
    Remove chicken and add wine to the pan.
    To the butter and wine, add apples, celery, onion, parsley, salt and paprika.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in flour and stock.
