Romaine And Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded or torn
    1 qt. shredded or torn Romaine lettuce
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and quartered
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    Salt, to taste
    Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a salad bowl, combine lettuces, onion, artichoke hearts and pimento.
    Toss to mix.
    In a measuring cup, combine, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Pour over lettuce mixture and toss to coat all ingredients well.
    Add cheese and toss again. Serve immediately.
