Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 well beaten eggs
3 c. grated apples (use hard apples)
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Sift flour with soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix with sugar. Make a hole in center of flour mixture.
Add Wesson oil.
Do not stir.
Add eggs, vanilla and grated apples.
Mix well.
Add pecans and raisins (optional).
Mix well.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
