Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage, coarsely shredded
    3 large tomatoes, quartered (fresh)
    1 large bell pepper, chopped bite-size
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter (you can use less)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in electric skillet.
    I like to use a 5-quart Dutch oven.
    Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour (about 250\u00b0 electric skillet) or until tender.
