Pear `N' Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. plus 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
2/3 cup orange juice
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1 (15 1/4) can sliced pears, drained
1 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sugar, (divided)
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine the cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon and orange juice until smooth. Gently stir in pie filling and pears.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
Keep warm.
