Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 unpeeled potatoes, cut in wedges
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Put wedges, peel side down, in pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Brush occasionally with juices.
