Rice With Onions And Walnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 Tbsp. concentrated chicken broth or 2 bouillon cubes
1/2 c. white rice
1 Tbsp. butter
4 green onions, chopped
1 (2 oz.) bag chopped black walnuts
Preparation

Boil water and add broth.
Stir in rice, reduce heat to low, cover and cook 20 minutes.
Melt butter in small skillet.
Add the onions and nuts and saute until brown.
When rice is done, add onion-nut mixture and mix well.
