Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup monterey jack cheese
    1 cup grated cheddar
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese cut into cubes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup onion (chopped)
    1 clove garlic (minced)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 cup water
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies (drained)
    1 4 oz. can chopped black olives
    6 cups Doritos (crushed)
Preparation
    Mix together monterey jack cheese, grated cheese and cream cheese.
    Set aside.
    Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
    Add chopped onion, garlic, black olives, green chilies, chili powders, tomato paste and water; simmer until done.
    In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, put layer of Doritos, meat sauce, cheese mixture.
    Repeat until done.
    Just like you would for regular lasagna.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
