Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lasagna, cooked
1 can tomatoes
12 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 c. oil
1 c. minced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
1 carton Ricotta cheese
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Simmer tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, oregano, pepper and onion salt. Saute onion and garlic in oil, add ground meat and cook until done; drain.
