Elegant Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. hot mashed potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
