Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, diced
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
12 oz. grated American cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix together hash browns, soup, cheese, sour cream, onion and salt. Pour over potatoes.
Top with cornflakes (crushed) and drizzle with melted butter over all.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
