Sweet Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 large sweet onions, sliced
12 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 small jar pimentos

Preparation

Put onions in 12 x 7-inch dish.
Add crackers and sausage. Add layer of onions and top with soup.
Add salt and seasoned salt.
Add cheese and pimentos.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
