Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 stick butter
3 eggs
selected filling
1/2 c. water
1 large pot boiling water
Preparation

Combine flour, eggs and water to form a firm dough.
Break off small portion of dough at a time and roll out onto floured surface until thin.
Cut into circles using the rim of a 16 ounce glass (floured).
Fill center with 1 teaspoon of filling and fold in half.
Seal edge with water and press lightly with fork tip.
Drop into boiling water and butter mixture.
Cook until they float and remove from water.
Brush with butter and freeze.
