Barbecue Beef(For Sandwiches) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bottle tangy ketchup
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, diced
    2 chopped cloves of garlic
    pinch of dry mustard
    pinch of oregano and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour over 3 to 4 pounds boneless stew meat; cover.
    Bake 4 to 5 hours at 300\u00b0.
    If too soupy, remove lid last 1/2 hour.
    With fork, shred meat.
    Some liquid will absorb into shredded meat.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
    Easy and delicious.
