Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 slightly beaten eggs
6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients as for pie crust.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and pat into pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix together next three ingredients.
Add eggs.
Blend in the lemon juice.
As soon as crust comes out of oven, top with lemon mixture. Return to oven for 25 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cut into squares.
