Lye Soap - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. water
6 lb. grease
1 can lye
3 gallons water

Preparation

Mix water and grease; let boil.
Pour lye into mixture; boil. Add 3 gallons water.
Cook until thick.
Pour into mold.
