Flank Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 to 2 lb. flank steak
Preparation
    Trim fat from flank steak and poke it with a fork on both sides.
    Place in container to marinate overnight.
    Combine ingredients and pour over meat.
    Turn the meat occasionally. Broil flank steak until cooked to desired doneness.
    Heat marinade separately and serve as a gravy topping over the meat.
