Mushroom Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
oil
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 can Italian tomato soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. dry red wine
Preparation

Brown chicken breasts in oil.
Remove meat.
Add 1 tablespoon oil to skillet and brown mushrooms until liquid is gone.
Add tomato soup, water and red wine.
Return chicken to skillet and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
