Curried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Saute the mushrooms and onion in the butter or margarine for about 5 minutes.
    Add the garlic and curry powder and cook 2 minutes longer or until curry is darkened.
    Stir in the beef broth. Simmer over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
