Weight Watcher'S Spaghetti With Savory Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 lb. freshly ground raw turkey
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) can no-salt-added tomato paste
    4 oz. spaghetti (uncooked)
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add turkey and onion; cook over medium heat until turkey is lightly browned, stirring to crumble. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
    Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel.
    Add turkey mixture, water and next 4 ingredients to skillet.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
