Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) cans tuna
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. shortening or oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pinch
    mixture
    into
    1
    1/2-inch balls; pat them flat.
    Fry in skillet in 1 tablespoon shortening or oil. Brown on both sides.
