Chicken Breasts And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice mix
    4 large boned chicken breasts, skinned and cut in half lengthwise
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package.
    Season breasts with salt and pepper; brown chicken slowly in butter.
    Arrange breasts on cooked rice.
    Saute celery in drippings.
    Add soup to drippings. Slowly add wine, stirring until smooth.
    Heat to a boil.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 with cover on and vent open.
    Makes 8 servings.
