Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. celery, diced
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper, diced
Preparation
    Beat egg; add beef, onion, salt, pepper, celery and bell pepper.
    Toss it with a fork until blended.
    Lightly stir in tomato juice.
    Add cracker crumbs.
    Place in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
