Corn And Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lime juice
    2 tsp. honey
    2 tsp. canola oil
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 can rinsed, drained canned black beans
    2 to 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 c. cooked rice (brown or white)
    1 c. frozen corn (white is best)
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. diced red onion
    1 can diced tomatoes (with spices)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, oil and cumin.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Great with crackers or chips as a dip or over lettuce as a meatless taco salad.
