Wyoming Whoppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. raisins
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 tsp. baking soda
    6 c. old-fashioned oats (not quick cooking)
Preparation
    In large saucepan, melt butter or margarine over low heat. Blend in sugars, beaten egg and peanut butter; mix until smooth. Add oats, baking soda, raisins and chocolate chips.
    Dough should be sticky.
    If not, add several tablespoons water.
    Drop by ice cream scoopfuls on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool.
    Yields 2 dozen.
