Ginger Cream(4 To 5 Persons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet orange jelly
    water
    1 small tin evaporated milk
    2 oz. preserved or crystallized ginger
Preparation
    Dissolve the jelly in sufficient water and a little ginger syrup to make up to 3/4 pint.
    Add the evaporated milk and the preserved or crystallized ginger chopped into small pieces when almost set.
    Stir slightly in order to distribute the ginger evenly.
    Turn into a wetted mould.
    Stand in a cool place to set. (WCB)
