Sugar-Free Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar substitute (I use Brown Sugar Twin)
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat oil, sugar substitute and eggs until very light yellow. Add pineapple juice; stir in.
    Add flour, baking soda, salt and spices; beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
