Hot Crab Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/4 Tbsp. salt
1 to 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
8 oz. cooked crabmeat, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1/3 c. sliced almonds
light butter flavored crackers
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients, then fold in the crabmeat.
Transfer to a 6 x 4 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the top with the almonds, then bake at 350\u00b0 until the mixture bubbles. Serve with crackers.
Makes 2 cups.
