Mexican Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1/2 can water
    1/2 to 1 lb. grated cheese
    1 bag nachos
Preparation
    Brown together the ground beef and onion; drain fat.
    Add soups, water and enchilada sauce.
    Layer casserole dish: tortillas, cheese and meat mixture.
    Heat in oven until cheese melts.
