Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. coconut flavor
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 (9-inch) pie crusts, cut into strips
1 stick margarine

Preparation

Slice potatoes and wash.
Place in an 8 x 12-inch square dish, layered.
Pour sugar over potatoes.
