Carrots And Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. carrots
    6 stalks celery
    1 c. water
    1 to 2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut celery and carrots into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Simmer until tender-crisp with water, horseradish and salt.
    Drain and toss with butter.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
