Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. oleo
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup oleo (melted), salt, pepper, minced onion, chicken soup, sour cream and cheese together.
Spoon into a 2-quart casserole.
In skillet, melt 1/4 cup oleo.
Stir in corn flakes.
Spread on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Enjoy!
