Empanditas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    pinch of chili powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Put flour, sugar and salt into bowl. Cut in butter and shortening. Mix in egg yolk and sprinkle in water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until dough forms a ball.
    Flour board and knead dough until springy for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Divide dough in half and roll each half 1/8 to 1/16-inch thick.
    Cut into 2 1/2-inch rounds.
