Crispy Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillet (haddock, orange roughy)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces.
    Season, dip in oil and coat with cornflake crumbs.
    Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
    Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting.
    Yield: 4 servings, 260 calories/serving.
    This is a low cholesterol, reduced fat recipe.
