Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and cut up
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. onion
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 doz. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In saucepan, heat together soup, sour cream, onion and chilies for 5 minutes.
    Meanwhile, soften tortillas in hot oil and drain on paper towels.
    Top each tortilla with chicken pieces and 2 tablespoons soup mixture.
    Roll up. Arrange in oiled 9-inch pan.
    Pour remaining soup mixture over enchiladas.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes.
