Pineapple Honey Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple (13 1/4 oz.)
2 1/4 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice or equal parts cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation

Drain pineapple and set aside.
Combine rest of the ingredients and stir well until blended.
Add all except 1/2 cup of pineapple to the mixture, blend together.
Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
Cover batter with rest of pineapple mixed with 1/4 cup oleo, and 1/3 cup of honey.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
