Ingredients

1 egg white
1 T. water
2 T. butter
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0. Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon water until frothy. Melt butter in a baking pan in the oven; stir frequently.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Put pecans in egg white and coat well, then put them into sugar and spices; coat well.
Place on melted butter in baking pan and bake at 250\u00b0 15-20 minutes or until done.
