Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 lb. diced raw bacon
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 scallions, chopped
    4 oz. cooked shrimp, beef or pork
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    salt
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Scramble eggs (always scramble eggs separately). Remove and fry bacon.
    Stir in scallions.
    Add rice, soy sauce and salt.
    Heat until rice is heated through.
    Add shrimp, beef or pork, peas and eggs.
    Cook until heated through.
