Stir-Fried Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
2 tsp. finely chopped ginger root
2 tsp. finely chopped green onion
1 1/2 lb. clams
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Put cooking oil in pan and heat.
When the oil is hot, put garlic, ginger root and green onion in and stir for 10 seconds. Add clams and keep stirring for 5 minutes or until done.
Add soy sauce and sugar and stir 10 seconds.
Serve while hot.
Great with spaghetti.
