Cranberry-Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. orange juice
3 c. chopped cranberries (12 oz. bag)
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda into large bowl.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Add eggs, orange peel and orange juice all at once; stir until evenly moist.
Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Spray pans with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Mini loaf pans take about 25 to 30 minutes (bake 4, then 3).
Two pans take 1 hour and 10 minutes.
