Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (Gunnoe's)
    1 lb. loaf frozen dough
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 hunk Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 wedge Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Let bread thaw completely. Brown sausage and crumble it. Drain off fat. Put cheese through food processor until finely ground. Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together (sausage, eggs, parsley and cheeses). Roll out bread. Put sausage mixture in middle of bread. Roll bread into a tube. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown. Butter top of bread after done.
