Cheesy, Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. water
    parsley flakes
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 large can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Saute the first 3 ingredients in the butter. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer 25 minutes.
