Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, beat together sugar, oil and eggs. Stir together flour, cinnamon and soda.
Blend flour into first mixture.
Add canned pumpkin and beat well.
Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Place in cold oven and turn to 325\u00b0.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
Glaze while warm.
