Caramel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    4 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Brown 1/2 cup sugar in skillet.
    When brown, add 1/4 cup water.
    In double boiler mix 3/4 cup sugar, milk, egg yolks and flour.
    Add brown sugar and cook until thick.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Pour in baked crust.
