Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soft butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg (unbeaten)
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Butter the sides and bottom of an 8-inch square cake tin 2-inches deep.
Cream the butter with the sugar; add the egg and beat well.
Add the milk alternately with the dry ingredients sifted together.
Add the berries; mix them in carefully and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
Top with the following mixture.
