Bacon Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large baking potatoes
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    9 crisp bacon sliced, crumbled
    paprika
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Rub with butter and bake.
    Cut oval in top of\teach
    potato.
    Scoop out into bowl.
    Add butter, sour cream, egg, salt, pepper and bacon.
    Refill potatoes, mounding high. Sprinkle with paprika.
