Spinach Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese or other white cheese, grated
2 pkg. (boxes) chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, melt butter in oven and remove.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder and mix well.
Add cheese and thawed, drained spinach and mix.
Pour in baking pan.
Bake 35 minutes.
Cool 45 minutes.
Cut into bite-size squares.
